Senior Financial Analyst - Strategic Finance | Hybrid
What you do :
Support the business by providing thoughtful financial analysis and interpretation to products, investments and transactions. Monitors new financial and accounting trends and their impact on the company. Working under general guidance, drives forward initiatives within the team, department and occasionally division.
Technical research and interpretation :
- Ability to understand increasingly complex investment and actuarial topics to help drive the company’s business leverage for
- Develop thoughtful content and communication around our financial plan and strategy to enhance relationships with business partners, parent company and rating agencies.
- Support the strong relationship between AZ Life and our parent company through formal governance and routine check-ins
- Monitor and track market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for our organization. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor assessments, aligning with the company's growth strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects and ad hoc requests.
- Ability to communicate complex subjects to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to communicate in a variety of mediums including strong ppt skills

What you bring :
Base Salary Range $66,000-132,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
