What you do:
Responsible for leading a team of subject matter experts that provide a high quality, concierge-level experience for producers, FMOs and Broker Dealers when a highly complex or escalated service issue arises. Accountable for executing strategic initiatives and representing the field perspective on various projects and initiatives. Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring for their team. Works closely with sales and operations to ensure effective service and sales support is provided to key internal and external customers to help drive sales, repeat business and producer retention.

Range: $80,000 - $160,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.

What you do:

- Participates in department, sales, operations and enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure the field's perspective is represented. Understands the regulatory environment and how it impacts the business. Understands Allianz Life. Executes on yearly initiatives including assembling and leading project teams, building and implementing plans and recommendations and measuring results.
- Provides leadership, coaching and mentoring for Relationship Management staff. Coaches and develops team members to provide a superior service experience to internal and external distribution. Assists team in problem solving/resolution, finding creative solutions, collaborating across areas and continually increasing business knowledge of the team. Partners with leadership and employees to create development plans, conduct regular coaching conversations, and provide effective, timely feedback on performance.
- Coordinate key change initiatives to ensure continued service improvements. Develop cohesive plans for key business partners. Seeks areas for service and process improvements. Coordinates the analysis for proposed changes. Executes on work that supports sales and retention.
- Maintain strong working relationships with peers, key business partners, sales and operations leaders, internal and external distribution partners to deliver a high quality customer experience aligned with the sales and service strategies.
- Ensure the team delivers concierge level service to top distribution, internal and external distribution partners by taking ownership, solving problems, resolving service issues, proactively communicating key operational changes to sales teams and field partners, handling complex cases and accommodations.
- 6 years of experience required: Financial service, insurance or sales or operations; proven successful leadership, business acumen, relationship and customer service skills.
- Four-year degree required or equivalent experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
