You will partner with department leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, program management, project leadership, special projects, and partner engagement and communications. You will ensure efficient and high-quality execution of projects – aligning and managing appropriate resources and will be an extension of leadership where applicable, facilitating collaboration and communication with important internal and external partners. You will report to the FSVP Life Distribution.

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.

What you do:
- Program Management and Project Leadership - Lead multiple projects that are diverse in objective and scope on behalf of the team. Projects are often complex, cross several departments and team members, and need to be managed and prioritized with other projects. Responsible for efficient and high-quality execution from launch to completion.
- Strategic Planning - Assist leadership in strategic planning with a focus on our needs, budget allocation, resource optimization/capacity, and prioritization relative to value. Be a resource to management, recommending solutions and facilitating decision-making that support the strategic direction of the team.
- Reporting and Communications - Prepare regular reporting on program development, project status, main milestones and results/insights. Help manage a comprehensive communication plan to facilitate awareness and understanding among both internal and external partners.
- Team efficiency and process improvements - Identify ways to improve workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team’s effectiveness. Work creatively in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence. Continue professional development to remain current on new technologies, methods and best practices.
- 6 or more years experience required in financial services or related field
- Four-year degree required or equivalent experience
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
