Position Summary
Capitalize on supporting the retail channel, increasing sales, new opportunities and maximize sales revenue with our partners to meet aggressive sales goals. Support Retail, AAA, Tour & Cruse Channel. Oversee and manage retail middleware partnerships and new technology initiatives. Supports VP Head of Sales, AAA & National Accounts, Regional Sales Directors and District Directors.
Responsibilities
•Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time
•Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
•Serve as a mentor by providing coaching, career development, and inter departmental relationship management for the team.
•Work with the team to help manage and grow National Accounts, AAA, Retail Partners and Tour and Cruise partners. Work to maximize revenue to achieve annual sales targets.
•Attend industry events at the direction if the Vice President, Head of Sales US
•Lead selling initiatives with sales leadership by bridging relationships with partners, Business Development Directors and Allianz Partners sales leadership to close sales, direct selling activity to maximize national account growth, and assist with closing of key large accounts.
•Conduct quarterly business reviews to maximize revenue, identify trends, and keep contractual obligations met.
•Organize sales efforts and ROI at tradeshow and industry events.
•Conduct ongoing reviews of partnerships.
•Act as key point person for senior level strategic account executives – sales, new business opportunities, and strategic planning.
•Manage middleware partnerships in retail, AAA, tour & cruise channels
•Focus on technology invitation
•Negotiate agreements.
•Develop and negotiate performance based and profitable agreements which result in attainment of revenue and profit objectives with all existing and targeted consortia to begin with a renewal/amendment process which includes:
•Deepen relationships with principals and key membership at all levels.
•Attendance and participation in quarterly leadership meetings and present strategy and tactics that bring about sales improvement.
•Attendance and participation in annual National Sales Meeting outlining partner successes for the prior year and new strategies and tactics for the upcoming year.
•May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
•Seven (7) to ten (10) years sales experience.
•Two (2) years management experience.
