- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
As a Performance Analyst Intern, you will support our analytics team and key stakeholders by developing dashboards, streamlining reporting processes, and fulfilling other ad-hoc data needs. Your work will have a direct impact on business decisions and improvements.
- Build, develop, and maintain data models to provide analytical support for local leadership.
- Contribute to global projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Recommend process improvements based on data analysis, emerging trends, and market research.

- Experience in developing data models (academic, project-based, or practical).
- Experience conducting data analyses and providing actionable insights.
- Strong adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting challenges.
- Ability to learn quickly, apply new concepts, and enhance reporting processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- High accountability for your work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
