Therefore, we are set-up in so called "practice areas" and "service clusters" that focus on the following topics : Agile@AllianzResilience & IT ExcellenceDigital EcosystemsProducts & PricingProductivity ExcellenceFinance Excellence & StrategyLegal, Data Privacy & ComplianceKey responsibilities / You will get to : Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for project tasks or streams, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reached.Manage communications and project timelines.Build long-term customer relationships and help uncover future business opportunities.Contribute to business development and lead client pitches in cooperation with an Engagement Manager.Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development.Lead co-creation on internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events.Key requirements / What we hope you bring : Master's degree in management and technology preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in operational IT business or management consulting.Ability to drive change through people leadership and capability building.Your experience in project management, change management, IT transformation or initiative development and rollout.You have a high level of commitment as well as strong creativity and work just as well independently as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.You have a keen interest in digital topics and shaping the future of IT for our internal customers, taking into account business requirements.Fluent in English is a prerequisite, German B2 desired.Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels.Very experienced with consulting methods and tools.Experience in delivering IT solutions to accelerate business and ITSM processes.Proven track record in projects involving areas such as (IT) platform selection, design, testing to release and rollout.Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services.If you already have international experience, or speak German or other languages, we would love to hear more!Did we spark your interest?
