Digital Solutions Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at Allianz Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing digital solutions that align with our business goals and technology strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of financial and insurance services, as well as expertise in modern digital technologies.
You will assist the Digital Leaders in defining the technical roadmap, managing technical debt, handling other technical demands like infrastructure end-of-life, and prioritizing technical / non-functional deliverables. You will inform the Area or Tribe Lead of future necessary technical skills. Additionally, you will join a robust Centre of Expertise and engage with the Community of Practices.
What you do
- Work with stakeholders, such as business leaders, project managers, and developers, to comprehend Allianz's objectives and requirements.
- Assist in the architectural design of products : Aid Tribes / Squads in selecting the architecture and technologies optimal for product design and development and in making consistent architectural decisions across various Tribes and Areas when necessary.
- Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to pinpoint areas needing improvement and propose innovative solutions within the context of Allianz's transformation.
- Establish and maintain architectural standards : Create and develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with Allianz's business goals and technology standards.
- Generate and sustain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and guidelines for development teams.
- Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to enhance our digital capabilities.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of technical solutions through regular assessments and audits, considering Allianz's service portfolio and evolving technological environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest new solutions and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to evaluate and choose third-party software and service components. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere within Allianz's technology community.
- Be an integral member of project teams, focusing on Adobe Experience Manager and Customer Identity Access Management to help deliver a modern solution at Allianz.
