What you do:
The Director of Communications is responsible for developing and executing communications programs in support of our key strategies, priorities, and initiatives. The Director will be one of three functional leads for the Communications team and will provide indirect leadership to a team of 2-3 communications professionals. You will report to the AVP of Communications.
- Lead development and execution of business strategy communications to support key internal and external company initiatives. Must be expert in effectively communicating key strategic initiatives to employees as well as other key stakeholders
- Define and execute annual communications plans for all core product line areas as well as New Markets
- Lead development and execution of company Thought Leadership program. Will play key role in expanding program and ensuring effective use of content via multiple channels.
- Provide Executive Communications support as needed including: employee town hall presentations, external speaking engagements, and media interviews
What you bring:
- 8-10 years’ experience required in communications
- Experience in financial services
- Must have basic to high proficiency with business intelligence
- Four-year degree required PR, Communications and/or Journalism or equivalent
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship
Base Salary Range $115,000-$230,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
