Hybrid role with 2 days in the office per week
Role Description
Were looking for a Client Support Administrator to join the team here at Allianz Engineering, based in Guildford. This role sits within our Client Support Team, responsible for providing customer support to a wide range of Allianz Engineering Inspection clients.
As part of this role youll be communicating with our inspection clients on a daily basis, answering any queries with regards to their plant inspections whilst liaising with our mobile engineers to arrange for them to be completed and also assisting our clients in accessing and navigating our client portal.
Alongside this youll be working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders at all levels, answering queries and providing administrative support where needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience working within a customer service / customer facing role is essential
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
- Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email
- Administration experience within an office environment is essential Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
