Role Description
Office Ditton Park, Datchet (hybrid)
We have a fantastic opportunity for a CRM Campaign Analyst to join our family of talented people in the Data team.
The CRM Campaign Analyst will be working as part of the data team within a larger marketing department. Your role will be data driven, focusing on data logic and using workflows to ensure we target the right customers.
Your Focus :
- Contributing to the successful delivery of the CRM acquisition and retention campaigns
- Liaising with marketing teams and agencies to specify, test and sign off the delivery of creating new and optimising existing CRM campaigns
- Detailed testing analysis to ensure CRM campaigns are signed off correctly
- Development of campaign success KPI reports to constantly monitor delivery progress and resolving any issues
- Implementing and monitoring the impact of split testing and offer testing
- Delivering CRM performance reports and post campaign insight
- Implementing campaign best practise processes
- Investigating and resolving any issues throughout the campaign process, including resolving issues with third parties and other departments including IT and external agencies
- Investigating customer queries relating to CRM campaign targeting using our insight tool Apteco Fast Stats
