Role Description
Salary circa 55k Chelmsford office (hybrid)
This is an exciting opportunity for us and one which will provide significant strides in our journey towards becoming the UKs Number 1 Commercial Insurer. Allianz UK will drive profitable growth across this important segment and establish ourselves as the employer of choice.

As a result of this proposition were seeking an experienced Property and / or Casualty Senior Underwriter to join us at our Chelmsford office (Hybrid working, 3 days a week in office).
Key responsibilities :
- Acting as a Senior Authority holder focussed on winning and retaining business of a large and complex nature
- Providing excellent service to our customers
- To build and develop successful Broker relationships
- To be visible in the local market, you will thrive on face to face contact with brokers and end customers
- To develop business relationships with key clients
- To achieve agreed financial and operational performance targets
- To collaborate strongly with other departments to achieve the Company's goals in respect of service delivery
