Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate EDI Enrollment Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will ensure seamless electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, including submission, and remittance advice configurations. You will investigate and resolve vendors’ enrollment errors. Responsibilities include testing, implementing EDI vendors through our system, reviewing correspondence, and maintaining accurate enrollment records. You will also interact with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in healthcare enrollment (medical billing, healthcare, or healthtech) and possesses an investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar field
- Healthcare EDI Experience – 2-5 years
Competencies:
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in data analysis
- Strong technical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take initiatives to meet deadlines for multiple items
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners
- Effective written and oral communication
Associate EDI Enrollment Analyst Responsibilities:
- Test & implement new EDI vendors
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate enrollment records within the Allied system
- Meet and maintain KPIs/metrics for production and quality
- Use of moderately complex to complex debugging techniques
- Investigation with vendors regarding provider enrollment errors
- Data entry as needed
- A general understanding of Allied’s business areas
