What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at Allied Adult Day?
This is a FULL TIME listing for an 80 year old male in Campbellsville, KY. This client is a non-smoker and is needing assistance with personal care assistance, housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship. This is a FULL TIME position and will be 40 hours per week. The schedule will be Monday-Friday either 9AM-5PM or 8AM - 4:30 PM. This client is in need of consistent scheduling.
Here at Allied Adult we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing help in the home. Every patient has different needs, we will match you accordingly based off your experience level and personality. Allied understands it can be nerve wracking entering homes of strangers so we offer meet and greets where you can introduce yourself to the patient and get their story and care plan.Our goal is to treat our clients how we would our own family treated. We are very flexible with scheduling and will match your clients to your availability.We use maps and always let you know how far away your clients are and try to keep you close to home if possible. The onboarding process is done online through our employee portal. Once you have completed paperwork, background checks and drug screens, we do an online video call orientation.
