What are the responsibilities and job description for the In Home Caregiver position at Allied Adult?
This is a PART TIME listing is for a 58 year old female in London, KY. This client is a non-smoker and is needing assistance with housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. This is a PART TIME position and will be about 20 hours hours per week. The schedule will be Monday-Friday either from 9AM to 1PM.
Here at Allied Adult we work with HCBS Medicaid waiver patients needing help in the home. Every patient has different needs, we will match you accordingly based off your experience level and personality. Allied understands it can be nerve wracking entering homes of strangers so we offer meet and greets where you can introduce yourself to the patient and get their story and care plan.Our goal is to treat our clients how we would our own family treated. We are very flexible with scheduling and will match your clients to your availability.We use maps and always let you know how far away your clients are and try to keep you close to home if possible. The onboarding process is done online through our employee portal. Once you have completed paperwork, background checks and drug screens, we do an online video call orientation.
