What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Caregiver - PART TIME position at Allied Adult?
Currently seeking dedicated and experienced pediatric caregivers to provide after-school care for children aged 7-14 years old.
This will be a part-time position and will require availability from 3 PM to 7 PM on weekdays.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Prepare and serve snacks
- Plan and facilitate light recreational activities
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in the specified age group
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create a fun and supportive atmosphere

Allied is very flexible with scheduling and will match your clients to your availability.
Allied will use maps and always let you know how far away your clients are and try to keep you close to home if possible.
The Allied onboarding process is done online through our employee portal. Once you have completed paperwork, background checks and drug screens we do an online video call orientation.
