SUMMER INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
At Allied Beverage Group, we believe in continuing our legacy through attracting, developing, and retaining our talent for long-term careers filled with fun and diverse experiences. We are excited that our 2025 Summer Internship program will be in-person at our beautiful Elizabeth, New Jersey facility. Through ABG’s paid summer internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience as a valuable contributor to your department’s projects and deliverables. You will also connect with ABG team members in other departments, and complete ABG’s Summer Internship Talent Development Program.
\n- Assist in the development and enhancement of the Driver Curriculum, ensuring comprehensive and effective training materials
- Support the implementation of Virage Simulation Training, helping to optimize training processes and outcomes
- Contribute to the AI-driven operational initiatives by exploring and refining Jarvis AI use cases for improved efficiency
- Oversee Recoup organization and area management, ensuring streamlined processes and optimal workspace utilization
- Monitor and manage POS aged inventory, identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels and reduce aged inventory
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate
- Junior, Senior, or graduate student preferred
- Able to reliably commute to our campus in Elizabeth, New Jersey
- Able to work from 8:30am - 5pm EST beginning June 3rd, 2024. This paid 8-week internship is a 4-day, 30-hour work week. The actual work schedule will be determined by the hiring manager
- Able to legally work in the United States
- Adept at Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Adept at Microsoft Teams conferencing software.
- A professional demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Wine & spirits retail or hospitality experiences is a plus
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required for the internship program.
