Major Account Administrator
You’ll be the go-to person for everything they need. From order processing to scheduling installations, you’ll own it all! If you love building relationships, staying organized, and making sure things run like clockwork, then we want YOU to join our team!
Details of this fundamental role?
- Be the friendly, reliable point of contact, handling all their questions, orders, and requests.
- Schedule and coordinate product installations or pickups, managing the process from start to finish with ease.
- Track orders through our order fulfillment systems to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Build strong relationships with both the client and our internal teams to keep things flowing smoothly.
- Keep client account info up to date in our database, ensuring all the details are spot-on.
- Help the client with new services, products, or anything else they need to stay ahead of the game.
- Spot potential issues early and solve them quickly to keep the client happy and satisfied.
- Jump in on other tasks as needed to make sure the major account’s experience is nothing short of amazing!
What makes you shine?
- eAutomate experience preferred.
- Previous experience in account management or customer support is a huge plus!
- Organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Great communicator – you can keep things clear, positive, and customer-friendly.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm, cool, and collected.
- A passion for providing top-notch customer service and building strong relationships.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
