Job Summary :

Join our dynamic team at Allied Capital Title as a Customer Service Specialist ! In this key role, youll guide customers through the title process, resolve inquiries with empathy, and build lasting relationships. Youll collaborate with internal teams, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Provide clear guidance on the title process and proactively address potential issues.
  • Assist customers with technology tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Support operational tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or title industry.
