Employment Support Specialist
Position Summary
Provide services to program participants, including vocational training, work material preparation, task supervision, and quality control. Support community engagement activities, such as volunteering, job shadowing, and workplace simulations.
Duties of this position :
- Supervision and Training : Supervise, train, and guide program participants in completing work tasks. Establish baseline performance using assessments, identify employment barriers, and develop training plans. Record and monitor behavioral and production data. Conduct lessons in hygiene, safety, social skills, and work behaviors.
- Documentation and Reporting : Complete attendance records, quarterly progress reports, incident / accident reports, and other required documentation. Ensure timely and accurate completion of participant payroll.
- Compliance and Safety : Implement and enforce safety programs and agency policies, including DOL and OSHA regulations.
