Field Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable individuals eager to start or advance their career in Materials Testing and Inspection within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will travel to various projects throughout East Idaho, conducting testing and inspection of soils, concrete, and asphalt. This role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications, communicating findings to contractors on-site, and completing detailed written reports.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training for required certifications is provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete and submit reports.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with contractors on-site.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly functioning equipment.
• Take initiative to prepare for and pass certification exams.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• WAQTC qualifications or equivalent (preferred).
• ACI Concrete Testing Technician certification (preferred).
• Hardworking with a strong desire to succeed.
