Media & Personal Brand StrategyDevelop and execute a comprehensive media strategy to grow Cody Bjugans personal brand as a thought leader.Lead and manage personal brand positioning efforts, ensuring all media, social, and content initiatives align with Codys vision, values, and audience.Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for exposure, including podcasts, interviews, partnerships, affiliate programs and collaborations.Work closely with Cody and the VP of Marketing to align media efforts with business goals and growth initiatives to support all brands.Team Leadership & Project ManagementOversee and support the Personal Brand and Media in securing podcast placements, speaking engagements, and media opportunities.Oversee and guide the Social Media Manager in creating high-performing digital content across platforms.Act as the primary project manager, ensuring the media and content team meets targets and deadlines, maintains quality, and executes high-level initiatives efficiently.Develop clear workflows, processes, and editorial calendars for content, social media, owned channels, and media outreach.Content & Social Media OversightEnsure a cohesive owned content strategy that integrates social media short and long form content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Lead the creative vision for video content, ensuring it aligns with personal branding best practices.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and repurpose evergreen content into engaging digital assetsMedia Relations & Growth InitiativesWork with the Personal Brand & Media Relations Manager to create a targeted outreach strategy for podcasts, media features, and speaking engagements.Develop and execute influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships that elevate Codys personal brand.Oversee SEO and backlink strategies to ensure Cody ranks on Google for industry-relevant searches.Seek out opportunities to position Cody in high-authority publications, interviews, and media features.Job Skills & Knowledge : Proven success managing and scaling influencer brands, particularly in Real Estate or Land Development 7 years of experience in personal branding media.Experience leading content and social media teams with a track record of substantial growth.Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.Deep understanding of personal branding for influencers and how to leverage other peoples platforms and partnerships for maximum exposure.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships.Experience with social media, podcasting and SEO analytics is essential.Compensation Package : Base Salary : $125,000 - $145,000 / yearPerformance Bonus : Substantial based on hitting KPI targets.Benefits Package : Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D, Voluntary Life and AD&D - Full Employee Premium is covered or 50% of the Family Premium is covered. 401(K) Plan Employer Match9 Paid HolidaysPTO : 10 vacation days and 5 personal / sick daysCompany LaptopOne of Codys companies, Allied Development has been recognized as one of Inc.
