Lancaster, Ohio based Allied Development Group, Inc., has an opening for a safe, dedicated, Class A CDL Truck Driver to drive single, tandem or quad axle dump truck.
Candidate must be safety conscious, self-motivated, demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks, and possess good work ethic.
This position is full-time, year around work.
Additional requirements :
- 3 years experience with dump truck, loading and hauling heaving equipment and related materials.
- Valid Ohio Drivers License with CDL - Class A required.
- Acceptable MVR report required.
- Must have extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
- Must report to work at Lancaster yard on time, in uniform, properly groomed, mentally alert and physically able to work.
- Ability to carry / lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and sit.
- Ability to maintain workloads that may exceed the typical 8-hour shift.
- No smoking permitted in trucks.
- Perform daily pre-inspection of vehicle.
- Perform minor repairs to truck and trailer.
- Keep trucks clean on a weekly basis.
- All travel is within Ohio and West Virginia.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
