We at VestRight (sister company of Allied Development) are seeking a  passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Manager  to lead the engagement and growth of our VestRight membership platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining a highly engaged community of legacy members, current students, and prospective students. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge-sharing among members, helping them grow and succeed in their pursuits.

Community Engagement Manager Key Responsibilities : :

Engagement & Community Building

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member participation and engagement.
  • Foster an environment where members collaborate, network, and partner effectively.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetups or events to strengthen community ties.

Platform Management

  • Act as the primary manager of the VestRight membership platform, ensuring it remains a dynamic and welcoming space.
  • Utilize the Skool platform to manage and grow communities (experience with Skool is a plus).
  • Monitor and moderate discussions to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
  • Content Creation & Communication

  • Create and share engaging content, such as discussion prompts, educational resources, and event updates.
  • Design graphics and short videos using tools like Canva to enhance communication and engagement.
  • Regularly communicate with members through newsletters, announcements, and direct outreach.
  • Data & Feedback

  • Analyze community engagement metrics and provide actionable insights to improve participation and satisfaction.
  • Gather member feedback to enhance the overall community experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, education, and customer success teams to align community initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams to address member needs and opportunities.
  • Job Requirements :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing and engaging online communities, preferably in an educational or membership-driven setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple communities simultaneously (experience managing multiple communities is a plus).
  • Familiarity with the Skool platform or similar community management tools (experience with Skool is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience planning and hosting virtual events.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on community insights.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about fostering meaningful connections.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with educational platforms or professional development communities.
  • Background in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Compensation Package Includes :

  • Salary Exempt : $70,000 - $75,000 / year (bonus incentives based on performance)
  • Benefits Package : Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D, Voluntary Life and AD&D - Full Employee Premium is covered or 50% of the Family Premium is covered.
