Albany Gastroenterology Consultants, a division of Allied Digestive Health, is excited to invite a full-time General Gastroenterologist to join our collaborative and dynamic team. This role comes with extensive opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.
Our practice comprises 21 gastroenterologists and 16 Mid-Levels, all operating in a single location at the Washington Avenue Health Complex in Albany, NY. Our fully-equipped Endoscopy suite is conveniently located within the same building as our office. We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of diverse gastroenterological conditions, including Motility, IBD, Hepatology, and Advanced Endoscopy, featuring advanced techniques such as POEM and Endobariatrics. Both General GI and Advanced Endoscopy positions are currently available. Faculty appointments at Albany Medical Center may also be offered for interested candidates.
Here are some highlights of the position :
- Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm.
- Paid on-call duties.
- Generous PTO, CME allowances, malpractice coverage, and comprehensive benefits.
- Utilization of specialty equipment including Capsule Endoscopy, Hydrogen Breath Tests, Infusion Suite, Fibroscan, and AAAHC Certified Endoscopy Suite.
- One-year Partnership Track available.
- Weekend call required 3-4 times per year.
- Hospital Coverage is necessary.
