Welcome to Allied Digestive Health! We are excited to announce an opportunity for a part-time Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This position involves working closely with our physicians in a well-equipped office environment, focusing on inpatient care.
This role requires weekend availability, with expected hours of 3-4 hours on Saturday and 3-4 hours on Sunday.
Prior Gastroenterology Experience Required
Role Summary : As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in managing health issues and coordinating patient care in alignment with State and Federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, implementing care strategies, and evaluating patient outcomes while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Gastroenterology experience is essential for this position.
- Current New York Licensure in good standing.
- Valid DEA certification.
- Proficiency in EMR and Telehealth is required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Bi-lingual in Russian or Ukrainian is a plus!
