Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold an accredited Nurse Practitioner degree from an approved institution
- Meet the requirements for advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) licensure in New York
- Possess current DEA certificate, NJ License, and CDS
- Have significant experience in hospital privileges or gastroenterology setting
- Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
