The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
- Assessing patient health status and developing individualized plans of care
- Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations
- Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Prior experience in Primary Care or Gastroenterology
- A current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in NY, in good standing
- A current DEA certificate
- A current CDS certification
