The successful candidate will have a current NYS LPN license and at least one year of experience in a clinical setting. Intermediate computer skills and the ability to provide safe and comfortable environments for patients are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide appropriate care to all age groups.
As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for conducting nursing interviews to determine medical eligibility for screening colonoscopy/endoscopy. You will manage the patient throughout our Capsule Endoscopy procedure process, including obtaining and reviewing patient medical history, providing prep instructions, placement and removal of Capsule Endoscopy equipment, and guidance to the patient during the procedure process. Additionally, you will place and remove equipment for Capsule Endoscopies and provide high-quality patient care in an office setting.
