Requirements:
• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in NY
• Current DEA certificate and CDS certification
• Prior experience in Primary Care or Gastroenterology preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program
