Job Summary
The successful candidate will operate an infusion clinic, administering outpatient therapies and monitoring patient reactions. You'll be responsible for receiving orders from physicians, scheduling appointments for patients, and coordinating services with lab and other entities participating in patients' care.
As an Infusion Nurse at Allied Digestive Health, you'll be part of a dedicated team of providers who prioritize personalized treatment plans for patients that deliver the highest quality of care. Our doctors are board-certified in gastroenterology and hepatology, and several serve as chief of gastroenterology at nearby hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Administer infusion therapies and monitor patient reactions
- Coordinate services with lab and other entities participating in patients' care
- Provide infusion treatments as directed by physicians
- Monitor patients continuously to assess potential drug reactions
- Keep records for physicians and billing purposes
Qualifications and Experience
We're looking for a highly organized and reassuring individual who can maintain a schedule and generate reports in a timely fashion. As a registered nurse, you'll possess a state license and at least three years of clinical experience, including training in infusion therapy.
