Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to determine medical eligibility for screening colonoscopy/endoscopy procedures.
- Manage patients throughout the Capsule Endoscopy procedure process, including obtaining and reviewing patient medical history, providing prep instructions, placement and removal of equipment, and guidance to patients during the procedure.
- Provide high-quality patient care in an office setting, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
- Intermediate level of computer skills
- Able to provide safe and effective care to diverse age groups
