Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Somers Point, NJ. This role involves managing patient health issues, developing care plans, and collaborating with a healthcare team in compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Primary Care or Gastroenterology and possess an APRN license along with relevant certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient health problems and coordinate healthcare in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
- Comply with standards of care, including assessment, diagnosis, plan development, treatment implementation, and patient status evaluation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
- Prioritize patient needs and develop effective care plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Prior GI or Primary Care experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Current CDS certification.
