Responsibilities:
- Assessment of health status and diagnosis of health problems

- Collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure patient health and compliance with regulations
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Prior GI or Primary Care experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure in NY in good standing
- Current DEA certificate
- Current CDS certification
