Key responsibilities include assessment of health status, diagnosis, development of a plan of care and treatment, implementation of the treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status and clinical management. The practice is conducted in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in gastroenterology, emphasizing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in NY and a DEA certificate is required. Proficiency in EMR and telehealth technologies is also essential. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is necessary, with bi-lingual Russian or Ukrainian being a plus.
