- Manage health problems and coordinate healthcare for patients with gastroenterological conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards of care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, as well as evaluate patient status and clinical management.
**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Mandatory prior experience in Gastroenterology.
- Current licensure in New York State and DEA certificate.
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Telehealth.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Bilingual Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
