• Assess patient health status through comprehensive evaluations and examinations
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
• Current licensure as an APRN in NY
• Current DEA certificate and CDS certification
• Prior experience in Primary Care or Gastroenterology preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program
