Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for reconstituting and administering IV medications, supervising the post-endoscopy recovery room, and assisting medical assistants in patient assessments. They will also be expected to monitor inventory of controlled substance medications used by anesthesiologists and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of NY, and BCLS/ACLS certification preferred. A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a registered nurse is also required.
