Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting health outcomes. This dynamic role involves collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to therapeutic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of healthcare and patient care management by restoring and promoting patients' health through the nursing process.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients and their families.
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals, and hospital or regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of NJ.
- Two (2) years experience as a registered nurse.
- Administrative experience is a plus.
