Responsibilities
As a Regional Patient Access CPC-RCM, you will be responsible for creating and providing scorecards for each location, ensuring high-quality patient service and accuracy of information affecting both pre- and post-visit processing for services rendered. You will also supervise all front-end patient registration input, educate the front-end staff at the care center sites, and train on financial counseling strategies. Additionally, you will provide guidance and coverage for accuracy of quality measures and provide ongoing staff training when trends are identified.
