We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Medical Receptionist at Red Bank Gastroenterology in Red Bank, New Jersey.
- The Medical Receptionist responsibilities are :
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments both in person and over the phone
- Processing patient paperwork, scanning documents, accepting co-payments, faxing reports, etc.
- Providing assistance to physicians by scheduling patients and managing their schedules
- Greeting patients who arrive for their appointments
- Answering phones and taking messages
- This position requires a positive approach, ability to multi-task, flexibility and a keen understanding of policies and procedures.
- The Medical Receptionist must have the following qualifications and experience :
High School graduate or GED
