We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist at Albany Gastroenterology Consultants of Albany New York

The Front Desk l Receptionist Responsibilities are :

• Greet each patient and external customer timely and courteously.
• Check in all patients.
• Advise patients when necessary of changes in expected schedule.
• Manage any questions or concerns of patients and external customers.
• Oversee stock of paper supplies utilized by patients.
• Handle deliveries
• Effective communication with all departments
• Maintain professional and courteous demeanor at all times with patients, physicians and co-workers
• Adhere to and support all policies and procedures of Albany Gastroenterology Consultants
• Other responsibilities as assigned
