Nurse Practitioner-GI Experience a Must
Allied Digestive Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner with GI experience to manage health problems, coordinate care, and collaborate with healthcare teams in accordance with care standards.
As a licensed independent practitioner, the Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing patient health status, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, implementing care, and evaluating patient outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of gastroenterology treatments and medical information necessary to examine and treat patients
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Hospital privileges or eligibility
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and perform duties accurately in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in New York State
- Current DEA certificate, NJ License, and CDS
