Key Responsibilities:
* Manage patient health problems and coordinate care across multiple locations

* Evaluate patient status and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Prior GI or Primary Care experience preferred
* Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in NY
* Current DEA certificate
* Current CDS
