About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with standards of care, including assessment, diagnosis, plan development, implementation, and evaluation
- Travel to multiple offices as needed
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Preferred experience in GI or Primary Care
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
