About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. This position requires weekend availability and prior experience in gastroenterology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess health statuses and develop treatment plans for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage health problems and coordinate care for patients.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient status and clinical management.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- MUST HAVE GASTROENTEROLOGY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE.
- Current licensure in NY in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Proficient in EMR and Telehealth required.
- At least 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Bi-Lingual Russian or Ukrainian a plus.
