Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient health status, diagnosing conditions, developing plans of care and treatment, and evaluating patient outcomes. Collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members is essential. You must have prior experience in gastroenterology, emphasizing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure in NY and a DEA certificate is required. Proficiency in EMR and telehealth technologies is also necessary. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is necessary, with bi-lingual Russian or Ukrainian being a plus.
