Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-end patient registration input and educate staff on financial counseling strategies.
- Provide guidance and coverage for accuracy of quality measures and ongoing staff training.
- Create and provide scorecards for each location to ensure high-quality patient service and accurate information processing.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months experience in the field or related area.
- One of the following credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCA, CPC-A, or any American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) coding credential or any American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) coding credential.
