About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Senior Gastroenterology Health Care Provider to join our team at Teaneck Gastroenterology in Bergen County, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position involves managing health problems and coordinating healthcare for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
- The provider is responsible for assessing health status, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, implementing care, and evaluating patient status and clinical management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of pertinent medical and drug information necessary to examine and treat gastroenterology patients.
- A current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Hospital privileges or eligibility.
- Multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- The ability to perform duties accurately and efficiently.
Education and Experience Required:
- A graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in NY, in good standing.
- A DEA certificate, NJ License, and Controlled Substance Registration.
