Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Allied Digestive Health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and be committed to delivering exceptional results.
The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for managing health problems and coordinating care for patients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Implement treatment plans and provide ongoing support to patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 3-5 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- MUST HAVE GASTROENTEROLOGY EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE.
- Current licensure in New York in good standing.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Proficient in EMR and Telehealth required.
- Bi-Lingual Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
