*Position Title:
IT Refresh Technician – Level 1 (Onsite)
*JOB DESCRIPTION
The position of IT Refresh Technician – (Level 1) performs the following PC Refresh activities for end user computing equipment and peripheral equipment at in scope Customer locations.
The candidate exercises judgment with supervision using the Customer defined practices and policies. The candidate may also act as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to complete Refresh task / activities.
Workshift for the position is: Monday through Friday - Local business hours – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
· As part of the Windows Migration project scope of work for onsite field support is to manually deploy the client provided Windows OS Image(s) on to the end user laptop/PC.
· Migrate end user data as necessary
· Re-install Software and applications when required/as necessary
· Handover devices to end users and post installation Support.
· Connection to network drives, printers and other enterprise services
· Co-ordinate with the customer field services team to deliver new devices to end-users, perform post-installation support.
· Perform device rollout tracking and report progress on daily and weekly.
· Field support technicians will provide support from the Dallas location.
*JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
· Requires minimum 2 years of related work experience
· Imaging experience a plus (SCCM, InTune, etc…)
· Sound knowledge of data backup and recovery tools
· Installing, upgrading, migrating and deploying Windows 10/11 in large enterprise environments
· Configuring hardware, software, network connectivity, active directory, mobile devices
Certifications:
· A Certification a plus
Must carry load of:
Light (up to 25 lbs.)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
